Construction

A CDL is not needed for this position, but a valid driver’s license is.

Working knowledge of OSHA/MSHA regulations.

You will be required to sit for long periods of time while waiting to be loaded and moving material from one area to another.

Pre-shift inspections will be completed before every shift.

Must have adequate reading and writing skills because paperwork/testing is required.

Ability to climb in and off heavy equipment without assistance on unsteady ground.

You must have the ability to work in all types of weather and not have a fear of wildlife or insects.

Knowledge of construction or mining techniques.

Dependability and communicating effectively.

Comply with all company safety and site-specific policies and procedures.

Safely and efficiently operate the equipment.

Perform routine inspections, safety walkarounds, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.

The ability to backup with following safety guidelines.

Maintain equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns.

Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation.

May perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Must be willing to work rotating shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Pre-employment screening (including criminal background and drug screening) will be required for this position.

Previous construction industry experience is preferred, but not required.

This position will require a criminal background check and drug screen.
