This position will be a long-term contract position in Aurora. This position does require shift work including nights, weekends and holidays. This is a perfect opportunity to start working towards a career and not just a job.

This position will require the following:

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as process flow diagrams and equipment manuals.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to wear required, company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) -i.e., uniforms, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, emergency breathing apparatus.
Work environment will be indoors and outdoors (in all weather conditions).
Ability to always follow safety guidelines. Ability to be clean shaven for safety reasons.
Perform all work in a safe and controlled manner, adhere to safety and environmental policies.
Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by following OSHA, MSHA, and MARSEC guidelines.
Work as part of a team to complete assignments and minimize down-time.
Work as a productive team member and support continuous improvement.
Cross-train and work in all areas of the facility, as needed.
Follow all safety rules and regulations as set forth by the company.
Work a 12-hour rotating shift.
Work with rail cars to load or unload products liquid and dry.
Stand, squat, lift, bend and walk on uneven ground.
