The Vealey Group is looking for a talented FOH Restaurant Manager
Preference management is required as this is not an entry-level position.
Pay will be hourly to start and move to salary once training is completed.
Lead Employee performance.

Operate an open, mid, or close shift.
Perform Voids, Discounts and Adjustments.
Perform Server check-outs.
Handle all money for deposits, Change Fund, and Keno.
Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant throughout and open, mid, or close shift.
Place food and liquor/beer orders with integrity following pars and store needs.
Manage cost through inventory usage and manage waste, ensuring that all product usage and waste is reported accurately.
Manage payroll with hourly team members by being aware of sales trends and team member cost.
Ensure that the Cash Balance report is completed at the end of each shift.
Operational Readiness & Execution
Account for all cash in each appropriate location.
Perform front of house checks.
Facilitates food quality, target labor, quality Guest service throughout shifts.
Facilitates Guest & Employee Relations (FOH).
Conduct Employee pre-shift meetings.
Perform figure eights during peak periods.
Address Guest complaints in the restaurant.
Assigns and reviews cleaning duties to employees.
Manage labor on the shift.
Ensure Guest and Employee safety and security.
Ensure Responsible Alcohol Service.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Knowledge of RASE (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and
- state laws, and Triple Play’s policy and procedures
- Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and food items.
- High degree of customer service
- Knowledge of Operations and ability to resolve Guest issues.
- Knowledge of all menu and drink items to ensure quality and coach others.
- Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve problems that come with the position.

- Ability to always follow specific service time and guidelines while at the same time engaging Guests and customizing their experience size and complexity.
- Ability to ensure that 100% of table visits are performed and Guest issues are resolved throughout the shift.
- Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule, covering shifts when necessary, and being on time for scheduled shifts.
- Must be available to travel to units as scheduled (travel allowances per shift to be allocated Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period.
